Overview

Greenfield Exploration, Guinea

Resolute controls three exploration projects in Guinea, the 100% owned Niagassola and Siguiri-Kouroussa projects and the Kourouba Joint Venture. Moreover, in early 2026, Resolute signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the state-owned company Nimba Mining Company (NMC).

Mansala Prospect (Niagassola)

The Mansala Prospect was discovered after reverse Circulation (RC) and diamond drilling programs in 2023 and 2024. Drilling to date has confirmed a north striking 1.5km long gold mineralised shear zone. Mineralisation is interpreted to be steeply-dipping and wholly hosted within sedimentary units and exhibits lateral and vertical continuity throughout the zone.

The Mansala Prospect has an Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 8.4 Mt grading 1.3 g/t Au for 357 koz of contained gold (reported at cut off above 0.7 g/t within a US$2,950 optimised pit shell).

Strategic Partnership with Nimba Mining Company

In March, Resolute signed a Memorandum of Understand (MoU) with the state-owned company Nimba Mining Company. This strategic partnership demonstrates the Government’s recognition of and the support for Resolute’s growth plans in Guinea.

The partnership will focus on jointly assessing mineral resources, conducting comprehensive geological studies, and developing strategic frameworks for potential large-scale gold production operations. The MoU aligns with Resolute’s strategy of building a pipeline of high-quality growth opportunities in established West African gold jurisdictions. Moreover, it complements Resolute’s other exploration activities in Guinea including a reconnaissance authorisation covering 83 km2 within the Siguiri Basin.

The next steps of the MoU involve Resolute and NMC completing a preliminary assessment of areas of interest and forming a joint team to review these, within the next 90 days following signing.
