Company Overview
About Resolute Mining
Resolute is an African-focused gold miner with more than 30 years of experience as an explorer, developer and operator. Throughout its history the Company has produced more than 9 million ounces of gold from ten gold mines. The Company is now entering a growth phase through the development of the Doropo project in Côte d’Ivoire which will supplement the existing production from the Syama mine in Mali and Mako mine in Senegal. The Company trades on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE) under the ticker RSG.
Resolute currently owns two producing gold mines, a development gold project and several exploration projects.
Côte d’Ivoire
Doropo – Under Construction
The Doropo Project is located approximately 480km north of Abidjan. It is currently under construction, with first gold expected in the second half of 2028.
In December 2025 an updated DFS for Doropo outlined a robust, high-margin project averaging 169 koz per year at an AISC of US$1,406/oz over a 13-year mine life.
Exploration drilling within the Doropo Mining Permit is set to commence in Q2 2026 targeting both the Vako Shear Zone and Kilosegui.
ABC Project – Exploration Stage
The ABC Project, located in northwest Côte d’Ivoire, is an project with an Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 2.16 Moz. The Project is approximately 550km northwest of Abidjan and 460km west of the Doropo project.
The ABC Project currently consists of four exploration permits – Faraka-Nafana, Kona, Windou and Gbemanzo – all of which are 100% owned by Resolute.
In May 2026, Resolute completed a Scoping Study, based on the existing 2.16 Moz gold Resource, which demonstrated the significant economic potential of the project.
La Debo – Exploration Stage
The La Debo project is located 280 km west of Abidjan. In Q4 2024, Resolute signed a JV agreement and can earn up to 100% of the project.
In November 2025, Resolute published an Inferred Mineral Resource of 17.6 Mt at 1.14 g/t Au for 643 koz of contained gold. Current exploration is aimed at expanding the existing Mineral Resource at depth.
Mali
Syama Gold Mine – Producing
Syama is in the south of Mali, approximately 30km from the Côte d’Ivoire border and 300km southeast of the capital Bamako. Syama is a long-life asset comprising an underground mine and open pits.
Resolute is commissioning the Syama Sulphide Conversion Project, which will increase sulphide capacity by 60% (2.4Mtpa to 4.0Mtpa) by modifying the oxide comminution circuit and upgrading the roaster. The project underpins Syama’s long-term outlook as oxide resources deplete, while retaining the flexibility to switch back to treating oxide ore.
Senegal
Mako Gold Mine – Producing
Mako is a high-quality gold mine in eastern Senegal that is currently processing stockpiles until the end of 2027. Resolute is planning to extend the mine life of Mako through the development of the Tomboronkoto and Bantaco prospects.
Tomboronkoto JV – Development Stage
Tomboronkoto is a single prospect located 16km east of the Mako processing plant. Internal technical studies outlined an Ore Reserve at Tomboronkoto of 9.1 Mt grading 1.2 g/t Au for 348 koz of contained gold.
Resolute plans to submit the Tomboronkoto mining permit application in Q2 2026 with, approval anticipated in 2027 assuming no major revisions are required.
Bantaco JV – Development Stage
Bantaco consists of five prospect areas (Baisso, Bantaco West, Bantaco Central, Bantaco Main and Bantaco South). These are located approximately 20km from the Mako processing plant.
The Bantaco West and South prospects have a Mineral resource Estimate of 11.0 Mt grading 1.0 g/t Au for 365koz of contained gold.
Resolute plans to submit the Bantaco ESIA in Q2 2026 and Mining Permit in Q3 2026.
Laminia JV – Exploration Stage
The Laminia Project is located east and contiguous with the Bantaco JV area. The project covers the southern extensions of the Massawa Shear zone which controls the gold mineralisation hosted in the Massawa Deposits.
Auger drilling in the northwestern part of the permit covering the southern extensions of the Massawa shear zone, delineated a 3km gold anomaly open to the South. Subsequent RC drilling encountered encouraging results. The eastern part of the permit covers the southern extension of the Makosa (Thor Exploration) and Makabingui (Bassari Resources) shears.
Guinea
Nimba Mining Company – Strategic Partnership
In Q1 2026, Resolute signed an Memorandum of Understanding with the state-owned company Nimba Mining Company.
The partnership will focus on jointly assessing mineral resources, conducting comprehensive geological studies, and developing strategic frameworks for potential large-scale gold production operations.
Barama – Exploration Stage
The Company has received a first reconnaissance authorisation covering 83 km2 within the Siguiri Basin, west of Bankan town.
Initial soil geochemistry results from the reconnaissance authorisation are expected in Q2 2026. Subject to results, the Company plans to undertake tighter-spaced soil sampling to refine and prioritise identified anomalies for follow-up.
